- Perform regular HVAC mechanic duties and equipment maintenance
- Inspect mechanical equipment and recommend corrective actions
- Supervise technician compliance with safety policies
- Attend and participate in site meetings
- Maintain accurate records of activities and repairs Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years in HVAC Commercial Service
- Preferred certifications: Gas Technician 1 and 313A mechanic
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software
