- Ensure job postings align with corporate policies
- Oversee applicant assessments and tests
- Conduct thorough pre-employment screenings
- Arrange selection board meeting logistics
- Archive documents and assist the Talent Acquisition team Requirements:
- Community college diploma in HR administration required
- At least two years of relevant experience
- Advanced proficiency in English and French essential
- Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office preferred
