Drive excellence in clinical education with Extendicare's hybrid Regional Clinical Educator role. Engage in both administrative planning and hands-on teaching across long-term care homes in Ontario. Extendicare is recruiting two Regional Clinical Educators to enhance clinical capabilities and ensure secure, high-quality resident care.

You will work closely with home leadership and staff to provide effective education, including onboarding and ongoing skill development in various settings. Regular travel is essential as you conduct in-person training and adapt learning resources to meet evolving needs. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver clinical education to regulated and unregulated staff
- Conduct competency assessments and validations




- Collaborate on educational content and practice gaps
- Monitor program effectiveness and learner outcomes
- Utilize technology to enhance learning experiences Requirements:
- Must be a Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse
- 3–5 years of clinical experience in geriatrics or LTC
- Current BCLS/CPR certification a must
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and group facilitation
