Identity Governance Coordinator

- Pay Rate: $62.50/hour, depending on experience
- Contract Length: 12 months

Description

Our client is seeking an experienced skilled to support the integration of SAP HRIS and SAP cloud applications with Okta Identity Governance (IGA). This role will focus on designing and implementing SAP roles, identities, and entitlements within Okta to enable automated access governance, certification, and lifecycle management.

The successful candidate will work across SAP and Okta environments, supporting integration, automation, access governance, and operational readiness.

Responsibilities

- SAP & Okta Integration: Integrate SAP applications and cloud solutions with Okta IGA using APIs, webhooks, and workflow automation.
- Identity & Access Governance: Map and analyze SAP business roles, profiles, identities, and entitlements for access governance and certification.
- API & Data Integration: Build and troubleshoot REST APIs, JSON payloads, and synchronization processes for groups, roles, and entitlements.
- Workflow Automation: Design and implement Okta Workflows to automate identity and access lifecycle management.
- SAP Role Management:



Format and transform SAP application roles for integration and governance.
- Technical Documentation: Develop clear runbooks, RACI matrices, operational procedures, and support models.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Investigate integration issues and support ongoing operations across SAP and Okta environments.

Qualifications

- 7+ years of experience with SAP applications and Okta Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), including 3+ years focused on integrations.
- Strong hands-on experience with Okta IGA and Okta Workflows.
- Expertise with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and automation.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and related SAP cloud solutions.
- Strong computer skills and ability to work with enterprise identity and access management technologies.
- Education and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant experience with SAP and identity governance technologies.
