About the RoleAs a Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead the successful delivery of complex, cross‑functional technology initiatives—owning end‑to‑end execution while partnering with account leads and leadership to ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and client expectations. Experience managing automotive accounts is a plus, but not required.Proven track record of managing complex, multi‑channel projects from concept through execution, with significant experience in client‑facing roles and cross‑discipline team leadership.Solid grasp of agency workflow and campaign lifecycle, with familiarity in adapting Agile,



Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to fit creative and production processes.Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Monday.Com, Asana, or Wrike.Demonstrated experience with budget management, cost controls, forecasting, and financial monitoring.Excellent stakeholder management skills, including executive‑level communication, reporting, and relationship‑building.Experience mentoring and managing direct reports, fostering a collaborative, growth‑oriented team culture.Comfortable leveraging AI‑powered tools, automation workflows, or intelligent agents in support of digital and social campaign delivery.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in EnglishNot a must, but a plusCertifications such as PMP, SAFe Agilist, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or PRINCE2Experience mentoring junior PMs and leading through influence in distributed/remote teams.This role is subject to our Return to Office (RTO) policy.
