In this pivotal role, you will work under the guidance of Assistant Store Leaders and Team Leaders to enhance customer interactions. As a valued team member, your responsibilities will include efficiently processing payments and responding to questions, all while maintaining an inviting cash wrap workplace for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently handle customer orders at the POS
• Achieve metrics for credit card and email capture
• Address customer concerns with respect
• Keep the cash wrap stocked and organized
• Support visual merchandising standards on the sales floor
Requirements:
• Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred
• Excellent communication skills are a must
• Ability to lift 50 pounds with help
• Must work over Thanksgiving weekend and Christmas
• Flexibility for two weekend days and one weekday required
