About Our Client

- Lead finance workstreams within the ERP implementation project.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Improve finance processes, controls, and reporting capabilities.
- Partner with Finance, Operations, IT, and external vendors.
- Review and validate ERP functional design and configuration.
- Oversee finance data migration, testing, and system readiness.
- Support user training, business adoption, and change management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting, audit, tax, and reporting requirements.
- Drive costing, inventory, and manufacturing finance process improvements.
- Provide project updates, risks,



and recommendations to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- Robust experience leading ERP implementation or finance transformation projects.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, or similar ERP platforms.
- Knowledge of financial accounting, reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
- Understanding of costing, inventory, and manufacturing finance processes.
- Experience with data migration, UAT, and go-live activities.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work across business and technology teams.
