A successful candidate will be self-motivated with a robust technical background and experience in application development. Your role will make a tangible impact on community safety through effective technology integration. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct feasibility and impact assessments for solutions
- Implement testing and validation processes for applications




- Resolve complex application and system performance issues
- Mentor less experienced team members in project tasks
- Maintain current knowledge of technology trends and requirements Requirements:
- Post-secondary education and five years relevant experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with video analytics and end-user training
- Knowledge of City of Edmonton IT standards
- Valid Class 5 Alberta Driver's Licence needed Bring your expertise in application support to the forefront, enhancing the operational capabilities of the Edmonton Police Service.
