We are currently seeking an InteriorDesigner to join the Calgary Studio to work on federal and corporate workplaceprojects.

Job Summary

The Intermediate InteriorDesigner is an intermediate-level contributor who plays a key role in design development,documentation, and project coordination. The role includes increasedresponsibility in producing contract documents and contributing to designdirection under the guidance of senior staff. For this particular role, we expect the Interior Designer to be well versed in project delivery and hands-on production.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Documentation

- Developdesign ideas and contribute to the evolution of the overall concept.
- Preparepresentations and design packages with limited oversight.
- Createand develop detailed drawings and documentation in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Assistwith FF&E; selections, layouts, and schedules

Project Support and Coordination

- Coordinate with consultants anddisciplines to integrate building systems and interior elements.
- Assist in contract administration tasksincluding RFIs, shop drawing review,



and site visits.
- Participate in internal and externalproject meetings.
- Track and update product specificationsand material boards.
- Ensure all work aligns with the firm’sProject Delivery standards, including proper use of filing systems,adherence to architectural procedures, and compliance with drawing anddocumentation protocols.

Team and Culture

- Contribute to a positive studio culturethrough collaboration and mentorship of junior staff.
- Be responsive to feedback and takeinitiative in problem-solving.
- Support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Able to work in a collaborative, in-officeenvironment (100% in-office presence required to support direct teamengagement and effective cross-functional coordination)

Qualifications

- Degree or diploma in Interior Design froma recognized institution.
- 3–5 years of relevant professionalexperience.
- Registered Interior Designer in goodstanding with a provincial interior design association (e.g., AAA, ARIDO,IDA, IDIBC) is required.
- Prior security clearance with PublicServices and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is considered an asset.
- Strong knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, AdobeCreative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong design and detailing skills.




- Experience with contract documentation andproject coordination.
