As a Cellar Assistant at Heeman's, your role will be instrumental in assisting the production team. Under the Fermentation and Production Manager, you will help with fermentation tasks, manage supplies, and keep the workspace orderly. This position offers a comprehensive experience in a busy cidery workplace, fostering both personal and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in various fermentation activities for beverages
• Support monitoring and maintenance of fermentation equipment
• Help with bottling, canning, and kegging processes




• Maintain organization and cleanliness of production areas
• Follow all relevant safety policies and procedures
Requirements:
• 1-2 years' experience in a cidery, brewery, or winery
• Strong detail orientation and time management
• Capable of working independently and in teams
• Forklift use and working at heights experience beneficial
• Comfortable lifting and managing up to 50 lbs
