We’re on the hunt for an IT Technical Lead. Are you passionate about designing AI-powered business systems, solving complex business problems and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver measurable value? If so, we’re eager to learn more about you!

As an IT Technical Lead, you’ll bridge the gap between business stakeholders, architecture, data, AI engineering and delivery teams. You’ll translate business opportunities into scalable AI-enabled solutions, own architecture decisions, lead AI-first delivery and help develop the next generation of technical leaders.

If you have the following:

- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology or Data Science or 5+ years of relevant demonstrable experience

- 5+ years’ experience building software systems

- 2+ years’ experience leading technical teams

- Experience owning architecture decisions

- Strong skills in business problem-solving, solution architecture, AI-native delivery, systems integration and stakeholder leadership
- A team-oriented mindset and the ability to adapt confidently to change
