Journeyman/Woman Carpenters Wanted – Strathcona Dam

The United Brotherhood of Carpenters is seeking experienced Journeyman/Woman Carpenters for work at the Strathcona Dam near Campbell River, BC.

Compensation and Benefits

- $51.76–$51.94 per hour
- Employer-paid pension contributions
- Extended health and dental advantages
- Vacation pay
- Overtime paid according to the applicable collective agreement

Qualifications

- Journeyperson Carpenter certification or equivalent experience
- Solid knowledge of carpentry and concrete formwork
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficiency with power and hand tools
- Commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to the jobsite
- Valid safety certifications as required
