Allgood & Tehrani Licensed Behavior Analysts seeks a Lead ABA Therapist to guide therapy sessions and implement strategies for client success. This role is both full-time and part time. Working under the BCBA Supervisor, you'll engage in implementing treatment strategies and ensuring data accuracy in clinical settings.

This role requires collaborative engagement with families and includes essential team leadership duties like conducting monthly meetings to discuss client progress. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver 20-25 hours of direct ABA therapy per week
- Prepare agendas for team and family meetings
- Implement and monitor BIPs as directed
- Collect relevant data for analysis and improvement
- Support clinical assessments and treatment plans Requirements:
- Active enrollment in or completion of relevant master’s degree
- At least two years of relevant ABA experience
- Limited permit-LBA or CBAA from NYSED
- Comprehensive understanding of ABA principles
