- Coordinate and implement the Sports School training schedule
- Conduct training sessions for national certifications
- Set up technical camps and continuous education programs
- Provide structured mentorship for teaching staff
- Deliver feedback through performance audits of lessons Requirements:
- Current Level 4 teaching certification required
- Experience in a supervisory capacity within snow sports
- High computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office
- Authorized to work in Canada for the contract duration
