Leduc County is hiring Grader Operators to maintain essential roads and infrastructure. This full-time position promotes a secure and team-oriented atmosphere while contributing to community development.
We seek experienced Grader Operators who value teamwork and continuous improvement. You will operate graders under the supervision of the Grader Foreman, performing a range of maintenance tasks throughout the year, ensuring adherence to safety and service protocols that align with Leduc County’s mission.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate grader across assigned areas for road maintenance
• Service and perform minor maintenance on grading equipment
• Change blades and assist during maintenance activities




• Report road and infrastructure issues to the Foreman
• Follow health and safety guidelines as required
Requirements:
• High school diploma and valid Class 5 Alberta Driver’s License
• Three years of motor grader operation experience
• Solid service-oriented communication abilities
• Class 3 Alberta Driver’s License is advantageous
• Knowledge of rural operations is a plus
