Design, develop, and implement scalable, efficient, and reusable automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop).
Partner with business stakeholders to understand current processes and identify automation prospects.
Facilitate process discovery and process mapping sessions.
Monitor, maintain, and enhance existing automation solutions.
Participate in automation governance processes, including design reviews and architecture reviews.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, or a related discipline; or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Automate Cloud and Desktop (experience with other RPA platforms is considered an asset).
Strong programming experience with C#, Visual Basic (.NET), SQL, and relational databases.
Experience developing and consuming APIs and web services.
Robust understanding of software development best practices and solution architecture.
