In this role within the Managed Detection and Response (MDR) team, you will utilize more than 5 years of experience in cybersecurity to monitor, investigate, and respond to threats. You'll be pivotal in leading Tier I Analysts, performing analyses, and contributing to threat hunting initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor threats using the Sophos security stack • Lead investigations and mentor junior analysts • Assess suspicious activities for implications • Conduct proactive threat hunting across customer environments • Document all actions within the MDR case management system
Requirements: • At least 5 years in a security operations role • Experience with endpoint and network security tools • Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems • Background in incident response and threat analysis • Strong communication and analytical skills
