Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm

Requirements
2 years of customer service experience in a 3PL Warehouse setting
Global logistics industry knowledge
Able to work 40 hours per week on your SIN
Experience working with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication in English

Responsibilities
Ensuring timely and accurate movement of freight and information
Providing exceptional customer service
Shipment Processing
Meeting KPI standards
