As the face of our brand, you will leverage the AEO Selling Model to engage with shoppers, educate them on products, and differentiate Aerie’s loyalty offerings. Your energetic presence will shine across multiple store areas.

• Educate guests about Aerie's product offerings
• Promote AEO loyalty initiatives to customers
• Adapt to work in Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, and more
• Proactively handle guest concerns with a solution-focused mindset
Requirements:
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Age requirement: 16 years or older
• Energetic and friendly personality
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong multitasking capabilities
