Air North is looking for a skilled Baker to lead the retail/baking department at Whitehorse, reporting to the Chef & Manager of Catering and Cabin Services. You will prepare baked goods for Air North flights and the Black Wolf Bistro, supervise daily operations, and contribute to menu development.
You will bake from scratch, train staff, ensure sanitation, and help manage production schedules and records in a rapid-paced aviation catering setting.
