Lean Six Sigma Bureau (LSSB) is expanding its network of independent consulting partners under a commission-based partnership model. We're seeking experienced professionals who already work with consulting clients and want to earn additional income by delivering accredited Lean Six Sigma training, certification, and enterprise-ready programme support — with compensation tied directly to the engagements you deliver.

This is a 100% commission-based, independent contractor opportunity. There is no base salary or retainer — partners earn a percentage of the revenue generated from each client engagement they deliver, whether sourced by LSSB, by the partner, or jointly.

Lean Six Sigma Bureau (LSSB) provides accredited Lean Six Sigma training, certification, and operational excellence solutions to organizations worldwide. We partner with experienced consultants on a commission basis to help organizations build sustainable continuous improvement capabilities across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

As a Commission-Based Independent Consulting Partner, you will:

- Deliver accredited Lean Six Sigma training programmes from White Belt through Master Black Belt.
- Lead operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives for corporate clients.
- Facilitate workshops, coach project teams, and support executive sponsors.




- Implement governance frameworks, project portfolios, and performance management systems.
- Collaborate with LSSB on client engagements requiring additional expertise or delivery capacity, earning commission on delivered work.
- Optionally introduce your own clients into the LSSB partner network and earn commission on those engagements.
- Continue developing long-term relationships with your existing and future clients as an independent consultant.

Compensation Structure

- Commission-only — no fixed salary, retainer, or guaranteed minimum.
- Commission is earned per engagement, calculated as a percentage of the revenue generated from that engagement.
- Rates vary depending on whether the client was sourced by LSSB, by you, or jointly, and on the scope of delivery responsibility.
- Full commission structure and current rates will be shared and discussed directly with qualified applicants.
- Payment is issued upon client billing/collection for the relevant engagement.

Qualifications

We're looking for professionals who have:

- An established consulting practice or significant independent consulting experience.
- A minimum of two years' experience delivering Lean, Operational Excellence,



or Continuous Improvement services.
- An active portfolio of corporate, mid-market, or enterprise clients.
- Demonstrated success delivering Lean Six Sigma projects, training programmes, or business transformation initiatives.
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and business development skills.
- Capacity to support additional client engagements over the coming 6–12 months.
- Comfort with a performance-based, commission-only compensation model.

Preferred qualifications:

- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
- Experience delivering transformation programmes.
- Experience developing long-term consulting relationships with business clients.
- A track record of business development or client acquisition, given the revenue-share nature of this role.
