As part of a 5–6-month contract, you will create engaging educational solutions in collaboration with GTM leaders and stakeholders.

Your role will require translating complex business needs into clear instructional objectives while ensuring quality delivery within the framework of Harbor's brand and learning ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and assess training needs with business leaders
- Design and develop effective, engaging learning materials
- Manage comprehensive project plans for learning initiatives
- Facilitate collaboration with cross-functional partners
- Evaluate and improve learning effectiveness through feedback Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum of 7 years in learning or instructional design
- Solid project management and organizational skills
- Proficient in Articulate 360 and other design tools
