This Crew Leader position focuses on leading installation crews for outdoor events, such as festivals and corporate gatherings. You will provide daily direction, oversee safety protocols, and communicate effectively with team members and clients. Your leadership will ensure smooth operations during event setups and removals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise crew of 4–8 employees daily
• Receive and execute setup instructions from management
• Ensure safety compliance during installations
• Use checklists for productive job execution
• Maintain communication about job arrivals and completion
Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED required
• Minimum two years’ supervisory experience
• Clean driving record and valid Driver’s License
• Able to pass pre-employment checks
• Experience with outdoor or construction work preferred
