Position: Line Cook (NOC 63200)

Job Duties
Prepare and organize the setup for daily service
Assist with food preparation and cooking according to recipes and company standards
Plate and serve food during regular service and special events
Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control standards are maintained
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and kitchen equipment
Follow food safety and health regulations at all times
Assist with receiving and storing food products
Work efficiently as part of the kitchen team during busy service periods and catered events

Wage: $21 per hour ($31.5 per hour after 44 hours per week or 8 hours per day)

Contract duration: Permanent Continuous Full Time, Non-Seasonal

Language of work: English

Employees are required to pay 50% of their coverage; deducted from their bi-weekly wages.

Education Required: Completion of Secondary (High) school

Work Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of Cooking Experience

Skills/Personality Required: Attention to detail, Rapid-paced environment, Repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, Organized, Team player
