Changes made to hours of work will follow the terms of the applicable collective agreement, company policy and/or legislation. WHAT YOU’LL DO:The Manager of A5 inpatient surgery provides vision, direction, leadership, support and guidance for the day to day operations on each of the units. This position is responsible for unit-based planning, operational decision-making, resources utilization and staff development within the units.WHAT YOU’LL BRING: Baccalaureate Degree in related field required.

Master's Degree in a related Field preferred.

Three to five years related clinical and/or management experience in the health care sector preferred.

CHA Management Program or equivalent would be an asset.

Knowledge of computerized information systems as an asset.
