Serve as the Manager for the Waterloo Institute for Sustainable Aeronautics at the University of Waterloo, ensuring operational excellence and strategic direction for the institute. In this full-time position, you will engage deeply in day-to-day operations at WISA, supporting the leadership team in academic and industry partnerships. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing the visibility of sustainable aeronautics research and education.

You will focus on strategic communications and effective financial management. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the strategic planning and monitoring for WISA
- Develop and maintain partnerships with various stakeholders
- Administer financial operations and budget management
- Create and oversee communications and marketing strategies
- Support training and educational initiatives within WISA Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred
- 3+ years of experience in related fields
- Solid skills in strategic planning and financial oversight
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
