We are in expansion mode and are actively recruiting a motivated Managing Partner to join our growing team in the Temiskaming Shores and/or Timmins markets.

Northern Respiratory Inc. was founded in 2001 to raise the clinical standard for support and education in the growing therapeutic fields of Obstructive Sleep Apnea and Home Oxygen Therapy. We have developed best-in-class proprietary Clinical Protocols & implemented advanced respiratory therapies using state-of-the-art respiratory equipment.

Position Overview:

We are in expansion mode and actively seeking a motivated Managing Partner to join our growing team. This role is vital to our success, as you will be responsible for overseeing operations in the Temiskaming Shores and/or Timmins markets, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality of care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage local operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards.
- Foster strong relationships with patients, clients,



and healthcare providers to ensure optimal therapeutic support.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to implement best practices and achieve positive patient outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and execution of business strategies that drive growth and operational efficiency.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a leadership role within the healthcare or respiratory therapy sector.
- Strong understanding of Obstructive Sleep Apnea and Home Oxygen Therapy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Commitment to patient care and a passion for improving community health.
