This role offers flexible hours ranging from 3 to 12 hours a shift, tailored to fit your lifestyle. You will support elderly clients with personal care, meal preparation, and companionship while following their care plans. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with meal prep and light housekeeping tasks
• Implement care plans from Care Designers
• Ensure client safety and apply equipment safely
• Document care activities and keep accurate records
• Serve the Burnaby, Recent Westminster, and Tri Cities areas
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in caregiving
• BC Care Aide registration or equivalent experience
• Speak and write English fluently
• CPR/First Aid certification needed
• Provide qualified references
