MEC Moncton is seeking a Store Department Manager - Member Experience who will lead frontline teams on the sales floor, Cash and Member Service Desk, and Tech Service Shop to deliver exceptional member experiences.

Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll coach, recruit, and develop staff, analyze KPI data, and partner with the Senior Staff Team to drive store goals while fostering an inclusive, outdoors-focused culture. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts required.
