- Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP HCM Time Management configuration experience.
- Experience configuring: Time Evaluation, Work Schedules, Leave and Absence Management, Holiday Calendars, Overtime Rules, Attendance and Time Recording Processes Experience integrating SAP Time Management with Payroll and other HR modules.
- Solid understanding of HR and workforce management processes.
- Experience supporting SAP HR Support Pack upgrades and system testing.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
