Role Summary We are seeking a Cost Analyst. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our offices in Ville St-Laurent. This individual will play a key role in supporting cost-related activities, data tracking, and performance analysis. The individual will play a central analytical role in analyzing results and will be a key player in maintaining and updating tracking tools and generating reports.
Main Duties and Responsibilities Cost Accounting and Performance Monitoring
Participate in periodic cost accounting exercises and ensure the preparation of required data.
Contribute to the monitoring and maintenance of production tracking files in collaboration with production teams.
Collect, consolidate, and analyze operational and financial data from various internal sources.
Collaborate with stakeholders to provide reliable, structured, and actionable data.
Contribute to the identification, analysis, and monitoring of variances between standard costs and actual costs, as well as key performance indicators (KPIs).




Support the preparation of periodic analyses and reports necessary for operational and financial decision-making.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the models, tools, dashboards, and reports used.
Participate in updating and monitoring production costs related to the existing product portfolio.
Participate in preparing cost estimates and analyses required for product line expansions or current product launches.

Qualifications Degree in finance, accounting, business administration, data science, or a related field.
Experience in a similar role is a plus
Excellent proficiency in Excel required
French required, functional English to collaborate with departments in and outside of Quebec.
Knowledge of an ERP system or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
Analytical rigor, attention to detail, and the ability to structure complex data.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments and manage multiple priorities.
