The Royal GlenoraClub is looking for experienced Banquet Servers and Bartenders to join our Food& Beverage team.

Our Banquet teamprovides food and beverage service for a wide variety of events, includingweddings, corporate functions, member events, celebrations, receptions,meetings, and special events. No two events are exactly the same, making this agreat opportunity for hospitality professionals who enjoy variety, teamwork,and a fast-paced environment.

We are looking forcandidates with previous serving, banquet, restaurant, catering, or bartendingexperience who can confidently provide attentive service while managing thepace and changing priorities of an event.

What You'll Do

As a member of ourBanquet team, you may work in both food and beverage service depending on yourexperience and the needs of each event.

Yourresponsibilities will include:

- Provide professional andattentive food and beverage service during banquet events.
- Set up event spaces,including tables, linens, place settings, glassware, buffets, beveragestations, and other event requirements.
- Serve plated meals, buffets,receptions, and beverage service according to event specifications andClub service standards.
- Set up, operate, and closebanquet bars when assigned and qualified to do so.
- Prepare and serve beer, wine,spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance withProServe requirements.
- Anticipate guest needs andrespond promptly and professionally to requests.




- Maintain awareness of eventtiming and work closely with Banquet Captains, culinary staff, bartenders,and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain clean, organized,and fully stocked service and bar areas throughout events.
- Assist with room changes,event transitions, and event breakdown.
- Handle guest questions orconcerns professionally and involve a supervisor when appropriate.
- Follow responsible alcoholservice, food safety, health and safety, and Club procedures.
- Contribute to a positive,respectful, and team-focused work environment.

What You Bring

We are looking forhospitality professionals who are comfortable working in a busy eventenvironment and understand the importance of timing, presentation, and guestservice.

- Previous experience inbanquet service, restaurant serving, catering, or a similar hospitalityenvironment is preferred.
- Previous bartendingexperience is strongly preferred for candidates interested in banquetbartending shifts.
- Current ProServeCertification is required for employees serving alcohol.
- Robust customer service andcommunication skills.
- Professional, polished, andguest-focused approach to service.
- Ability to confidently managemultiple tables, guests, or service priorities.
- Ability to work effectivelyas part of a team during high-volume events.




- Strong attention to detailand the ability to follow event and service specifications.
- Reliable and able to workindependently with minimal supervision when required.
- Ability to remainprofessional and composed during busy service periods.
- Flexible availability forevenings, weekends, holidays, and event-based scheduling.
- Ability to stand and walk forextended periods and safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
