In this role, you will play a vital part in planning and executing activation programs tailored to residents’ needs. Responsibilities include cleaning activity areas, monitoring resident behavior, and reporting any significant changes to nursing staff. Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, implement, and evaluate activation programs
• Set up and maintain cleanliness of activity spaces
• Monitor resident conditions during various activities




• Communicate changes to Supervisors and nursing staff
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident participation
Requirements:
• Activation/Gerontology Diploma or Degree required
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities
• Knowledge in planning programs for both well and cognitively impaired residents
• Competence in time management and independent work
• Familiarity with geriatric care and assessments
