You will clean lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, laundry spaces, and amenity areas, ensuring garbage and recycling rooms stay well maintained and spaces feel welcoming.
The role includes cleaning tenant vacated units, snow removal in winter, and other duties as required.
