GroupFractal is looking for a creative, disciplined SEO Lead who can turn strategy into measurable organic growth.

In this fully remote role, you’ll collaborate with our team while independently developing creative ways to improve rankings, qualified organic traffic, conversions, and other key performance indicators. You’ll help advance our SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies in a rapidly changing search environment.

Required qualifications:

- 5+ years of SEO experience with a Canadian or U.S. agency; or
- 5+ years of experience on a dedicated SEO team in an SEO Lead role
- Strong technical, on-page, content, and analytical SEO expertise
- Practical experience with AEO and GEO
- Strong AI fluency, including the effective use of AI tools in SEO research, workflows, analysis, and content strategy
- A proven record of improving organic KPIs through data-informed strategies
- Excellent organization, communication, and time-management skills




- The discipline to work independently and the collaborative mindset to succeed within a remote team

Additional assets:

- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Project management experience
- Experience introducing innovative SEO processes, tools, or testing frameworks
