Island Lake Lodge is seeking a Breakfast Cook for our winter season (Dec–Apr) with potential to continue into summer. You will lead breakfast and baking prep to Head Chef standards, delivering consistent, high-quality dishes with robust presentation while upholding food safety and company policies.
Ideal candidates show a solid culinary foundation, solid work ethic, and a proactive approach. Early starts and the ability to work in a quick-paced kitchen are essential.
