Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, sauces, side dishes and homemade recipes for the ready-to-eat counter.
Follow established recipes and quality standards.
Prepare ingredients, including cutting vegetables,



preparing sauces, seasonings and garnishes.
Cook meats, fish, vegetables and other food preparations.
Contribute to the development and improvement of house-made products.
Check the quality, freshness and proper rotation of ingredients.
Monitor food inventory and report replenishment needs.
Maintain a clean, organized and secure work setting.
Follow food safety, sanitation and hygiene standards at all times.
Minimize food waste and ensure effective use of ingredients and raw materials.
Perform any other related duties.
