Your role includes assessing residents, implementing individualized treatment plans, and supporting daily therapy sessions. You will work closely with an Occupational Therapist, reporting on patient progress and engaging in community health education. Key Responsibilities:

- Assess and support residents’ physical capabilities
- Provide therapy under the direction of the Occupational Therapist
- Complete daily clinical records and monitoring reports
- Prepare therapy equipment and ensure a safe workplace
- Communicate important updates to the healthcare team Requirements:
- Post-secondary education or related diploma preferred
