- Maintain cleanliness on job sites without damaging property
- Communicate effectively with supervisors on operations
- Work during harsh weather conditions and night shifts
- Participate in equipment maintenance as required Requirements:
- At least 4-5 years of professional tractor experience
- Must possess a valid G Driver's License with a good record
- Reliable transportation to the work shop is needed
- Able to commit to flexible, on-call hours, including weekends
