How You’ll Make An Impact

- Support orthodontists in providing excellent patient care
- Take dental records, including x-rays, scans, and impressions
- Educate patients and families on oral hygiene and treatment
- Maintain a clean,



organized clinical environment and assist with sterilization and lab duties
- Welcome, support, and build positive relationships with patients throughout their visits

The Teammate We’re Looking For

- 1+ year of Registered Dental Assistant experience
- 1+ year of experience working in an orthodontic office
- Completion of the Ortho Module
- Previous orthodontic experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; orthodontic software experience is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to build rapport with patients, families, doctors, and team members
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills
