CWD is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our Niagara Falls HR team and oversee performance management, recruitment, training and employee engagement. The role focuses on HR operations and strategic initiatives to support our people strategy and business objectives.
The successful candidate will report to the CEO and drive operational excellence while leading HR initiatives with a high organizational impact. This is a full-time in office role in Niagara Falls.
