You’ll maintain presentation standards and tackle any issues that arise with logic and good judgment, contributing to an inviting store workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exemplary customer service and product insights
• Support promotions and store programs
• Keep the merchandise well-organized and visually appealing
• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently
• Adapt to assist different store areas based on needs
Requirements:
• One or more years experience in retail sales or service desirable
• High school diploma or equivalent recommended
• Skill in identifying customer needs
• Superior customer service abilities required
• Knowledge of outdoor and related products preferred
