Reporting to the Program Lead, this position involves qualifying current and existing host families to ensure they meet the care standards of the Canada Homestay program. Ideal candidates will have excellent sales and organizational skills, along with a commitment to fostering community ties. Weekend and evening availability is required for conducting interviews and supporting the host community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct home interviews and revisits for host families
• Manage pre-screen calls and maintain the host database
• Carry out annual reviews for existing hosts
• Enter necessary documentation according to CHN protocols
• Field inquiries from potential new hosts
Requirements:
• Strong sales and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in database and online communication tools
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team

• Reliable vehicle with proper insurance coverage
