What You'll Do
Transition suitable client relationships and pipeline compliantly
Co-lead planning and review meetings with a Senior Advisor
Deliver planning-led, product-agnostic advice to households
Grow your book with our marketing and service team behind you
Build an asset you control instead of just collecting a paycheque
Who This Is For
3+ years as a bank / credit union / branch-based advisor in Canada
Licensed to sell investments (CIRO-registered; MFDA)
Insurance / life-licensed is a solid plus but not required
Comfortable with financial planning software (any major platform)
You like your clients, but not the constraints of your current platform
