We are seeking a strategic and experienced Project Director to provide executive-level leadership across our heavy civil construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects or large‑scale programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and driving overall performance in safety, quality, schedule, and cost.Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and oversight for multiple projects or major programsEstablish and drive project execution strategies aligned with business objectivesLead senior project teams and mentor Project Managers and field leadersOversee project performance, including financial results, schedule, and qualityEnsure effective risk management, governance, and compliance processesInterface with executive leadership, clients, and key stakeholdersSupport business development, bid strategy, and contract negotiationsDrive continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery teamsEnsure strong safety culture and adherence to corporate standardsReview and approve major project decisions, budgets, and execution plansForecast portfolio performance and provide regular executive reportingQualifications




15+ years of experience in heavy civil construction or infrastructure deliveryEngineering degree or equivalent experience requiredExtensive experience managing large, complex construction programsProven leadership experience at a senior or executive levelStrong financial acumen and experience with project controls and forecastingDeep understanding of construction execution strategies and contract modelsExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsExperience with Primavera (P6), project controls systems, and reporting toolsBenefits
