As the Director of M&A;, you will report directly to the President of Alpha. Your primary focus will be on executing M&A; processes from target qualification to closing, developing a robust M&A; team, and fostering relationships with acquisition targets. Key Responsibilities:



- Support the President and lead M&A; execution team - Recruit and develop junior M&A; specialists - Qualify acquisition targets through discussions and assessments - Conduct detailed financial analysis of companies' performance - Build financial models determining valuations for acquisitions
