In this full time role, you'll provide leadership for Navigation and Individualized Funding Services. Key Responsibilities:



- Provide direction for Navigation and Funding Services - Mentor Managers overseeing Navigators and operational teams - Develop training programs for staff in evolving environments - Monitor performance metrics to drive continuous improvement - Manage the integration of telephony and CRM systems
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in health or social sciences - 7+ years in leadership in a healthcare or human-services setting - Experience managing performance metrics and budgets - Proficient in stakeholder management and building trust - Bilingualism is an asset
