Position Summary

The Electrical Engineer is responsible for the design, development, testing, and support of electrical systems and subsystems used in medical devices. Working as part of a multidisciplinary product development team, this role contributes to the design of analog, digital, and power electronics, printed circuit boards (PCBs), cable assemblies, and related electrical components from concept through commercialization.

The incumbent develops and maintains electrical design documentation,



supports prototype and production builds, collaborates with suppliers and manufacturing partners, and participates in verification, validation, and troubleshooting activities. The Electrical Engineer also contributes to product risk management, electrical safety and EMC compliance testing, and the investigation and resolution of product issues identified during internal testing or in the field.

This role plays a key part in ensuring product quality, reliability, and regulatory compliance by maintaining design documentation, supporting quality system requirements, and contributing to the development of secure and effective medical technologies that improve patient outcomes.
