Key Responsibilities:
• Complete assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide one-on-one services in homes and through telehealth




• Facilitate evidence-based interventions for all functional areas
• Promote independence and community integration strategies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Recreational Therapy or Therapeutic Recreation
• Current CTRS credential through NCTRC
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Robust communication and organizational skills
• Experience with special populations preferred
