Impact Tile Drainage is hiring an experienced, dependable equipment operator to join our agricultural tile drainage team. The successful candidate will operate a variety of heavy equipment used in the installation, repair and maintenance of agricultural drainage systems.This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a quick-paced, outdoor construction setting with a company that values hard work and team spirit.Key Responsibilities:
Operate excavators, tractors, tile plow, dozers and other heavy equipment.Install subsurface drainage tile (pipe) according to the planned layout and specifications.Operate equipment safely around existing utilities, waterways, roads, fences and other obstacles.Follow drainage plans, grades, elevations, and GPS/laser guidance systems to install and connect mainlines, laterals, fittings, catch basins,



outlets and other drainage components.Excavate trenches and perform backfilling and grading as required.Ensure tile is properly connected and free of damage or blockages.Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance.Grease equipment, check fluids, inspect tracks/tires and identify mechanical issues.Working outdoors in all weather conditionsWhat We?re Looking For:
Previous experience operating heavy equipment.Robust work ethic and positive attitudeWillingness to work long hours, in varying weather conditions and travel to job sitesPhysically fit and capable of manual labourValid driver?s license.What We Offer:
